We offer transportation to medical appointments for customers who have MEDICAID coverage.
Based in Colorado Springs, we also provide services to Manitou Springs, Monument, Pueblo and Denver.

To book a ride, please provide:
Your Medicaid ID number
Your name and phone number
Date of birth
The date and time you need a ride
The address of your pick-up location
The name, address, and phone number of the health care provider you will see

Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) is a Health First Colorado benefit for members who don't have transportation to medical appointments.

Unfortunately, we can only provide transportation to medicaid recipients.

No. If you qualify for medicaid, the transportation service to your medical appointment will be completely free.

Please schedule your pick up at least 48 hours in advance. Shorter notices will be accommodated based on availability.

We serve the cities of Colorado springs, Manitou Springs, and Monument.
If you have an appointment from Colorado springs to Denver and Pueblo, we are able to accommodate you based on availabilty.
